Three great facets of the Divine Plan — spoken of in the Memras, known in the inner planes, and named here now for those who carry them.
The Elemental Grace Alliance has given the better part of its collective life to a single task: the documentation, compilation and release of a body of sacred teaching given by Cosmic Intelligences of the highest order, for the freedom of humanity and the restoration of this Earth. The Memras gathered at Narayana Joy Publishing are the record of that work — and that phase is drawing, after long labour and great patience, toward its completion. What has always been known is that the documentation was never the end. It was the preparation. Three great facets of the Divine Plan now stand ready to be named.
They began arriving in 1957. The first wave carried a designation that has entered wider awareness in the decades since: the Indigo Children. After them came the Crystal, the Rainbow, the Diamond, the Blue Star — each successive wave bringing new genetic markers and increased numbers of codons switched on within the human genome. These are not metaphors. They are a biological fact that the sciences of human development have not yet fully reckoned with.
These are Self-Appointed Souls — Christed Beings who have come into embodiment with a clear understanding of why they are here. Their future positions in government, law, industry, commerce, health and education are not aspirational. They are prepared and imminent — awaiting only the environments that will allow them to reach those offices responsibly and with the full light they carry intact. There are also those arriving by other means, in ways that will require little explanation for those who already carry some understanding of the wider picture.
That is where the difficulty has lain. The systems into which these children were born — educational, medical, familial, social — were built for a world that is passing and were not designed to recognise what they carry. Many have been labelled, medicated, managed, institutionalised. Many of those the world calls autistic or ADHD are among the most extraordinary souls ever to take embodiment upon this Earth. What has been suppressed in them is not a symptom. It is a gift the world did not yet know how to receive.
What is asked for now is a different way of meeting these children from the very beginning of their lives. In the Pleiades, children are taught within their first fourteen years who they are and what purpose they have been born to work toward. That is the model toward which this preparation is moving: Community Living and Community Teaching — environments in which a child's earliest and deepest education is in their own nature, their own light, and their own reason for being here, before the old consciousness embedded in society and in the land has the chance to overwrite what they carried in.
Children today — even those not of these new waves — are starving for the truth of who they are. They know it, at some level. But they need reminding. Many have already fallen into the patterns of the world around them and in doing so have lost the most telling sign of their original nature: the art of being Joyful. That loss did not begin with the children. It began with the parents who forgot it first.
These are not a new idea. In the ancient ages, those who worked with Higher Consciousness gathered always in Temples of Sacred Fire — Radiation Centres from which the Truth of the God Plan could be transmitted into the mass mind with far greater potency than was ever possible through individual effort alone. The Essenes worked this way. Their movement, founded by the Immortal Soul known as Anna — Mother of Mary, Grandmother of Yeshua — drew together 144 souls, 72 males and 72 females, who were known as the Children of Light. What they accomplished in that gathering, and what they ultimately offered through the Ascension of the one among them prepared to carry the Group's full collective Light, has shaped the spiritual history of this world ever since.
Today, 144,000 souls carry those same Light Inception Codes. Many know, at some level, who they are. But the Codes must be reignited in physical proximity — not through words or doctrine, but through the sheer Loving Forcefield that arises naturally when souls of the same original Light come together in one place. No instruction is needed. Not a single word has to be spoken. It happens by the Natural Laws of Attraction, instantly and completely naturally, opening the Heart Chakras of all present with Waves of Divine Love, Light and Life. This is what the Narayana Joy Sanctuary Temples are being built for.
Twenty-four sites hold their positions across the face of the Earth — locations of energetic resonance at which new Cities of Light are prepared to anchor. In the etheric realms, these are already Temples. Their lowering into physical reality requires human Beings of the right resonance to serve as custodians, guardians, and builders in every sense of those words. The sites are prepared. What awaits is the assembly of those whose Light makes the anchoring possible.
The scope of these Centres extends well beyond ceremonial gathering. Lady Meta — Goddess of Healing, Patron of Doctors and Nurses, and holder of the Crystalline Blueprint of every child coming into embodiment — has communicated clearly that these Sanctuaries are to become Healing Centres in the fullest sense: places where Sound and Harmonic Resonance, astrological birth profiles, and the directed Rays of Sacred Fire Light are brought together into a healing science that current medicine has not yet conceived. Their reach, when established, will extend into hospitals, rehabilitation centres, hospices and surgeries. The principles are held. The human hands to carry them into form are what is called for now.
Two great systems of education have shaped humanity for centuries, each containing what the other lacks. The East has produced, through its careful culture of the individual soul and its technique of meditation, the great Individuals who have sounded the note for every age — the Buddhas, the Christs, the world Saviours, and the inspired scriptures that have moulded the thoughts of generations. Yet in doing so it left the masses in material neglect. The West achieved the opposite: a sweeping system of mass education that produced civilisation, science, and a general level of knowledge unparalleled in recorded history — yet it left the soul entirely out of the equation, training the memory without touching the spirit, producing human beings who are skilled, functional, and largely unaware of who they truly are.
The New Education is the synthesis these two streams have not yet, in any organised sense, achieved together. It begins from the premise of the East — that within every human form there is a soul, that this soul has a purpose which exceeds and outlasts a single lifetime, and that the deepest education is the one which brings that soul into conscious expression through the life of the personality. To these premises it adds the breadth of the West: trained minds, wide general knowledge, the ability to act in the world. The product of this union has been called the practical mystic — feet firmly planted on the Earth, and yet a seer, carrying inspiration and illumination into every field of daily life.
The method by which this is achieved — and which will find its way into every level of the educational process, from early childhood onward — is the interior discipline of meditation: not as a religious practice but as a scientific technique of mind culture. Rather than something imposed from without, the New Age educational process wells up from within — self-initiated, self-directed, rooted in the student's own nature. The shift is precise: from memory training to intuitive knowing, from imparted facts to inner recognition, from producing a useful member of society to revealing the soul the child already is.
What this yields, when soul culture is at last wed to sound general knowledge, is a generation of children who grow up knowing who they are before the world has had the chance to tell them otherwise. As one reflection on this work puts it: "All children are, by nature, bits of God; and God, if they but had their freedom, would unfold himself in them — till, as perfect flowers, they bloomed, fulfilled of loveliness unveiled." Toward that unfolding, the Third Preparation now turns.
These three preparations are not new to those who have spent time with the Memras.
They have been spoken of, within those pages, by Beings of a perspective
that exceeds anything we can claim at ground level.
They are named here simply — not to announce a programme,
but to hold a door open for those who already carry something of this within them.
