The Memras published by Narayana Joy Publishing do not arise from a single author working in isolation. They arise from a living body of service — a coordinated field of conscious activity operating across seen and unseen dimensions, united by a single purpose: to serve the awakening of human consciousness and the restoration of sovereign law upon the Earth.
The Elemental Grace Alliance
The Elemental Grace Alliance is the name given to this living body. It is not an organisation in the conventional sense — it holds no membership roster, no public headquarters, and no institutional hierarchy in the earthly meaning of that word. It is, rather, a covenant of beings — in form and beyond form — who have committed their service to a specific mandate operating within the framework of divine and cosmic law.
The Alliance draws together human souls in incarnation, Hierarchical Members who hold office in the governance of higher creation, and the elemental kingdoms whose co-operation makes the physical expression of this work possible. All are understood to be participants in a single living field — and the Memras are one of the ways that field speaks.
Narayana Joy Publishing is one earthly expression of the Elemental Grace Alliance. The books it produces carry the understanding, the language, and the energetic signature of that field into print — so that anyone who encounters them may begin to recognise the territory from the inside out.
The Triune Grace Commission
The work of the Elemental Grace Alliance is held within the oversight of the Triune Grace Commission — a governing body whose authority derives not from human institution but from the principles of cosmic law and divine dispensation. The Commission holds the mandate for this body of work and ensures its alignment with the higher orders of creation from which it is drawn.
The Triune Grace Commission operates through what might be understood as a Cosmic Law Trust — a framework by which the resources, rights, and responsibilities of this work are held in sacred stewardship rather than in personal ownership. Nothing within the field of the Elemental Grace Alliance is individually owned. All of it is held in trust, for the benefit of those it is designed to serve.
"The Commission does not govern through authority over others. It governs by holding the living field in alignment with the principles it was created to embody — so that the work which flows from it remains true to its source."
Hierarchical Members & the Supplementary Seven
Within the Elemental Grace Alliance, a body of Hierarchical Members contribute their wisdom and their light to the work — Beings who hold recognised roles within the governance of human and planetary evolution, operating from levels of consciousness beyond the physical plane while remaining in active relationship with those who serve in form.
The structure of the Alliance also encompasses Seven Supplementary Departments — each governing a distinct domain of the work as it moves through the world. These departments address areas ranging from education, healing, and legal sovereignty to the practical administration of the Alliance's service. Together they hold a breadth of purpose that no single department could sustain alone.
The Memras, taken as a whole, address the concerns of all seven departments — which is why no two Memras cover quite the same territory, and why reading them in sequence reveals a landscape that grows wider with each step taken into it.
Gridwork & Grants of Dispensation
The work of the Elemental Grace Alliance is not limited to the written word. Many of its members participate in what is known as gridwork — the conscious tending of the energetic infrastructure through which grace, sovereign law, and divine understanding flow into the Earth field. This is work that occurs through prayer, meditation, conscious decree, and the sustained attention of those committed to the field — rather than through any outwardly visible activity.
From time to time, the field makes available what are known as Grants and Dispensations — specific releases of divine energy, understanding, or authority that become available to human consciousness at the appointed hour, in alignment with the unfolding of cosmic law. These dispensations are not manufactured or requested arbitrarily. They arise at the intersection of human readiness and divine timing — and the Memras document and support that process.
Frameworks such as GESARA (the Global Economic Security and Reformation Act) and ENACA (the Earth Nations Alliance Constitutional Assembly) represent expressions of sovereign law whose principles are explored throughout the Memra series — addressing the restoration of lawful governance, individual sovereignty, and the dissolution of systems that have operated in violation of cosmic and human law.
The I AM Presence & the Journey Home
Underlying all of the structures and all of the outer work is a single conviction, which each of the Memras expresses in its own way: that within every human being there dwells an I AM Presence — the sovereign self that knows its origin, its nature, and its path home.
The traditions that speak of Melchizedek and Melvadek — ancient orders of priesthood and cosmic governance that have held the flame of this understanding across ages — find their echo in the Memras. Not as historical curiosity, but as a living recognition: that the human soul carries within it a lineage far older and far vaster than its current incarnation, and that the work of returning to that recognition is the work of this time.
Christ Consciousness, as it is addressed throughout the Memras, is not a religious category but a state of awareness — the full flowering of the I AM Presence into embodied life, expressed through love, clarity, sovereign agency, and conscious service. This is the territory the Memras inhabit — and the territory they invite the reader to recognise within themselves.
This page is offered as a threshold — not a full account of the field, but a first orientation for those who wish to understand where these books come from and what they are part of.
The Memras themselves will say it better than any introduction can. They are written from inside the field — and reading them is, in its own way, a means of entering it.
