The Natural Time Warp Areas is the independent companion to Book I, The Planetary Time Warp Architecture (Memra 26). Where Book I took the twelve Artificial Time Warp Areas the Brotherhood is recorded as having used and set them against a single fixed instruction, Book II asks a different, harder question — not what was used, but what may be found: a second pool of twelve, natural rather than built, some carrying strong direct source standing and some only a historical annotation, tested against that same Hurtak-baseline lattice with the same discipline throughout.
This Book asks two different kinds of reader to sit at the same table. One will want the coordinate before the feeling — the residual, the source citation, the frozen control, the refusal to move a location merely because a pattern would look better finished. That reader's standard is never lowered to make room for the other. The other reader will recognise something here before they can explain it — a field, a resonance, a rightness that arrives ahead of any argument for it. That reader is honoured too, not by being asked to accept a proof, but by having named plainly, beside the mathematics, what a great many people are already living as directly as weather.
Both are true at once, in the way two things can meet at a coastline without either dissolving into the other. Where they meet, this Book tries to say so honestly. Where they do not yet meet for a given reader, that is not a failure of the Book or of the reader — it is simply where that reader's own path stands today.
HVR — Human Vibrational Resonance, as it is written throughout what follows — is not offered here as a replacement for evidence. It is offered as a second, equally serious way of knowing, held to its own discipline, standing beside geography and mathematics rather than instead of them. Whether a reader arrives already fluent in that language, or meets it here for the first time, the intention is the same: that both may look at these twelve Areas, and at each other, and see something of their own relationship to the whole.
The book proceeds from the Research Foundation and the same Giza datum and eastward instruction established in Book I, through each of the twelve Natural-candidate Areas in turn — Giza, Cape Town, Wilpena Pound, Takla Makan, the Black Sea, the Great Salt Lake, Fátima, the South Atlantic Anomaly, Lake Titicaca, On/Heliopolis, the Bermuda Triangle, and Jerusalem–Hebron — before consolidating its findings, examining the moving electromagnetic Earth, the Nine Cosmic Laws within this Natural architecture, and a full Adversarial Review chapter that includes a real, reproducible statistical control (Appendix E: a Monte Carlo null test) and an honest negative finding where the numbers do not support a claim, exactly as the Book's own stated discipline requires: "a blank entry is preferable to a conjectural coordinate."
This is offered as a companion volume to the Memras rather than as one of them in the traditional sense — a research thesis, not a devotional text — and for that reason it is made available here as a free PDF only, without a printed or Print-on-Demand edition.
